Stay active

Fuel your body for fitness
Well for lots of pregnant ladies, it can be tempting to avoid eating too much or to cut back on food altogether due to morning sickness, this approach will do you and your unborn baby no favours whatsoever. If you are aiming to maintain a fitness regime, it is essential that your body is adequately fuelled in order to exercise safely. This means that you should aim to continue to have three meals a day including, for example, the all-important proteins, carbohydrates and a range of fruits and vegetables.
Stay hydrated
Finally, dehydration can be especially damaging to you and your unborn baby when taking part in fitness activities, particularly when the weather or environment is warm or hot. Taking on sufficient amounts of water is imperative otherwise you will find it almost impossible to work out and stay fit.
